President's Message |
Dear Members of the Board and Associates,I am deeply honored and humbled by your confidence in me to serve as President of the Texas Association of Staffing in 2026. Thank you for entrusting me with this responsibility and for the vote of confidence you’ve placed in my leadership. When I first joined TAS, I did so with three priorities in mind—priorities that continue to shape my vision today. First and foremost, I wanted to be part of a community of peers, a place where we can have open and honest conversations about the challenges and opportunities in our industry. Second, I sought a proactive association—one vigilant in protecting our profession from adverse legislation and advocating for policies that allow us to thrive. And third, I wanted TAS to be a resource for my staff and future leaders of my company—a place where they can learn, grow, and experience the same benefits of community and advocacy that I have. As I step into this role, these priorities will guide my leadership. I will work to foster connection, strengthen our advocacy efforts, and ensure TAS continues to serve as a cornerstone for the next generation of staffing professionals. Together, we will build on the strong foundation already in place and ensure that TAS remains an organization that both protects and propels our industry. I also look forward to working with our new executive board members: Chasity Perdue as Vice President, Priscilla Canales as Treasurer, and Dane Reese as Secretary. With this talented leadership team and the full support of the Board, I am confident that we are poised for a successful and impactful year ahead. I look forward to working alongside each of you as we enter this next chapter, and I am excited for all we will accomplish together. Thank you again for your trust, your support, and your commitment to the Texas Association of Staffing. With gratitude and determination, Daniel Gibbs 2026 President, Texas Association of Staffing |
